We are each responsible for initiating the creative force of our lives, and the spiritual intelligences of the universe will follow our lead.

We incarnate into bodies for one purpose – the evolution of our soul. Life is meant to be a process of learning and growth; a journey toward wholeness, toward reaching our highest potential, toward honoring our innermost authenticity, and toward finding our True Self.

Joseph Campbell said that the hero’s journey is traversed by “following your bliss.” This means having careers that we love, relationships that are reciprocal and loving, financial means to surround ourselves with the aesthetics we desire, healthy sexuality, clear conscience, appropriate boundaries, glowing self-esteem, and enough left over to help others.

But often we are in our own way. Unaware of the root causes of our problems and our negative mental habits and habituated patterns, we are unable to address or make the changes necessary that will lead us to greater freedom, balance and flow.

Spiritual Counseling helps to examine what might be keeping us from our heart’s desire. We often fall victim to beliefs, mis-perceptions, and fears about ourselves and the world which born of wounding, and are antithetical to our best interest. These deeply ingrained negative patterns can keep us stuck, unhealthy, confused, or depressed; they can also impact our physical health.

But the negative illusions that we might have about ourselves exist only when they are not investigated. And through investigation, we can learn to change.

In Spiritual Counseling, you will embark, through a contemporary psycho-spiritual paradigm, on a deep examination of your life. You will learn to understand, accept, and love yourself, and you will be given you will transform yourself and your life.

Note on Spiritual and Intuitive Counseling Sessions

Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.

This work is not psychotherapy (although there are some similarities), nor is it about endless processing that isn’t result-oriented or directive. But this kind of healing and spiritual integration can take time, the number of appointments typically range from a few sessions to on-going weekly or bi-weekly meetings.

Unlike traditional psychotherapeutic models, Spiritual Counseling pre-supposes that our lives are divinely ordered. Our work together is to help you align with the the unique and special life that is waiting to be fully revealed.

Because of my background as an energy healer and shamanic practioner, my approach to Spiritual Counseling is about excavating and healing the root cause(s) of what might be holding you back in your life, and guiding you towards flow.
